                             Aids is rampant in the nearby villages of Igoda. 
                      HIV affects over 40% of the people in the village-
                         many of them are children.
                                Dr. Leina, joins VSI to make home visits to
                                       people too sick to travel
                                   This mother and her 6 week old baby
                                        are both HIV Positive
