We arrived safe and sound last night and we met with Africare this morning after a great downtown Kampla adventure (market, traffic, art, changing money - remember to always bring NEW money to Africa!).

Africare presented an informational powerpoint that explained their WASH IN SCHOOLS PROJECTS. Africare is the largest United States/Africa NGO that has raised 800 million dollars since 1970. One quote that resontated with all of us was THE GREATEST CRIME COMMITTED IS ONE THAT NEGLECTS AND ABANDONS A CHILD.

We are off on a 5 hour (or more) drive to Ntungamo (we will be crossing the equator and viewing some great wildlife and geography) to visit schools with completed H20 Projects.

You stay safe and I'll be checking your blog every day.
Thanks for all you do for so many.
